The TR1 Trailer Lock, also known as the “bar lock”, is a heavy-duty rear trailer door security device developed in collaboration with transport companies. Thanks to its durable construction and easy installation, TR1 ensures reliable protection against unauthorized access and seal tampering.
It fits most trailer models on the market and requires no modifications to the vehicle structure. The lock mounts using existing holes near the door latches and secures both the locking mechanism and the seal — preventing tampering without breaking security.
🔐 The TR1 set includes a mounting bracket fixed to the door and a steel cover that blocks the locking lever. The components are secured with an M8 screw and a dedicated key. A MASTER KEY system version is also available — one key for multiple locks, ideal for fleet operators.
